So whats the key to a great BBQ? Keeping it simple, after all the idea of a bbq is to have some fun whilst cooking good food - its all in the planning you know! And probably most importantly, there are loads of recipes which can make your food taste GREAT.

I appreciate that you, the "viewers" of this site will be coming from all four corners of the world. I will try to explain everything in a way you'll understand, but some of the ingredients listed in the recipes may only be known to those of you living in North America.
