Gas Barbecues / Gas Grills

These seem to be coming more popular, though for me they can never replace the charcoal grill.

They certainly provide a more stable cooking environment, with controllable heat and separate burners. The problem is, in my opinion, what you gain with the control, you lose in flavour.

You simply don't get that classic barbecue flavour. You'll find that these grills are more expensive, and instead of charcoal you'll need a suitable gas bottle to be hooked up.

Some of the more expensive ones may also include a built in fridge compartment, to help keep the most important ingredient of any bbq cold. The beer!
