good quality beef mince Preparation: 1. Pretty simple - bung everything in a bowl, and mix together! 2. This mix should make around 6 burgers (classic "quarter-pounders") I would suggest you prepare them early & chill in a fridge for at least an hour before cooking - this way they'll firm up a bit and be less likely to break during the grilling process. |
