Possibly the Best Burgers

Ingredients:

750grams (1.5lbs) good quality beef mince
1/2 white or red onion, finely chopped
125 grams (4oz) grated Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg (binding agent)
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
A splash of your favorite beer

Preparation:

1. Pretty simple - bung everything in a bowl, and mix together!

2. This mix should make around 6 burgers (classic "quarter-pounders")

I would suggest you prepare them early & chill in a fridge for at least an hour before cooking - this way they'll firm up a bit and be less likely to break during the grilling process.
